Ordering

To place an order, email your request to crkane@shamrockorchids.com . We will respond

via email within 24 hours to confirm availability and provide you with a total amount due

including shipping.

Shipping:

We ship as soon as payment is received and prefer to ship via USPS or FedEx.

Payment:

We accept money orders and credit cards through PayPal ( paypal.com ). Let us know

if you are using Paypal so we can provide you with our paypal ID. Mail money orders

made out to Christopher Kane to:

IL residents please add 6.5% sales tax.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us. We want our

customers to be happy with their new plants, and if for some reason you are not, we are

willing to accept returns within 7 days (buyer to pay return shipping costs) of your

receiving them, provided they are in the same condition as when they were shipped.
